Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
• Ensure proper table setup and presentation standards
• Handle POS/order coordination with kitchen team
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards
• Support catering and outdoor events when required
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally

Requirements

• Mandatory experience as Waitress in restaurant, café, bakery, or hospitality industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Presentable and professional attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to handle catering and event activities
• Team player with discipline and responsibility
• Ready to join immediately or within short notice

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 160 – 220 KD
