Position Overview

We are looking for professional Waitresses who embody grace, attentiveness, and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service mindset, the ability to anticipate guest needs, and genuine enthusiasm for fine dining.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
• Present menus, offer recommendations, and answer questions about dishes and beverages
• Ensure timely and accurate order delivery in coordination with the kitchen and bar
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Uphold MeiLing’s standards of service excellence and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest concerns with tact and efficiency

Requirements

• Previous experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
