Job Title: Waitress
Location: Ramlah Resort – Sealine Area
Contract Type: 2-Year Renewable Contract

Job Overview:

Ramlah Resort is hiring motivated and service-oriented Waitresses to join our hospitality team in the beautiful Sealine area. You will be responsible for delivering excellent dining service and ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude.
• Present menus, take accurate food & beverage orders, and serve promptly.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained.
• Provide menu recommendations and handle guest requests efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest concerns politely and escalate when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in F&B service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-first approach.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work on rotational shifts.
• Team player with attention to detail.

Employment Details & Benefits:

• Work Schedule: 6 days per week, rotational shifts, with 1 day off.
• Contract: 2-year renewable contract.
• Accommodation & Meals: Provided by the resort.
• Uniform: Provided by the resort.
• Flight Tickets: Round-trip flight provided every 2 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,400.00 - QAR2,650.00 per month
