Waitress (Premium F&B Sector)

Position Summary

We are seeking an elegant, service-driven Waitress to join our premium Food & Beverage team. The Waitress will deliver refined hospitality experiences, ensuring guests receive personalized, attentive service in line with luxury brand standards and Qatar’s operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and brand-appropriate etiquette.
• Present menus with detailed knowledge of premium offerings, including wine pairings and specialty dishes.
• Provide recommendations tailored to guest preferences, enhancing the dining experience.
• Take precise orders and coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages with finesse, ensuring correct presentation and timing.
• Anticipate guest needs, offering proactive service and discreet attention.
• Manage billing and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and food handling standards in compliance with Qatar regulations.
• Maintain immaculate table settings and dining areas to reflect premium standards.
• Handle guest feedback with diplomacy, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in premium or fine-dining F&B service.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine service, and premium menu items.
• Exceptional grooming and professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to excellence.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
