Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic, well-groomed, and customer-focused Waitress to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should be active, polite, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
• Assist in managing customer queries, complaints, or special requests
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Handle billing and payments when required
• Support daily restaurant operations and help maintain a welcoming environment

Requirements:

• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance
• Active, energetic, and good communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks and handle busy periods efficiently
• Previous experience in F&B service is an advantage but not mandatory
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of customer service practices
