Waitress & Waiter

We are seeking a charismatic and professional Server to provide exceptional hospitality to our guests. As the primary point of contact during the dining experience, you will be responsible for taking orders, offering detailed menu recommendations, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well-cared for.

The ideal candidate is a master of multitasking who can balance efficiency with a warm, personable demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables if necessary, and provide menus.
• Menu Expertise: Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, wine pairings, and ingredients. Confidently answer questions regarding food preparation and dietary restrictions.
• Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS (Point of Sale) system promptly.
• Upselling: Use your knowledge to suggest appetizers, premium cocktails, or desserts to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Table Service: Deliver drinks and appetizers quickly, perform "check-backs" to ensure satisfaction, and manage the pacing of the meal.
