Job Summary:

A Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged before and after service.
• Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
• Prepare bills and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Follow company policies, safety regulations, and service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant.

Requirements and Skills:

• Previous experience in coffee shop.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Teamwork and multitasking abilities.

Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
