Waitstaff/Hostess

Job Overview

We are seeking friendly, professional, and energetic Waitress/Hostess staff to join our event venue team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service during weddings, corporate events, private parties, and special occasions. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Assist with seating and guiding guests throughout the venue
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously
• Set up and break down tables, linens, and event areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event space
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and event staff
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with event preparation and coordination as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, serving, or events preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and multitasking skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and holidays required)

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus
• Experience with weddings or large-scale events
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

Pay: $21.18 - $25.50 per hour
