Madhees is conducting a Walk-in Drive for Recruitment professionals. We are looking for energetic recruiters who have experience in IT / Non-IT / HR hiring and are passionate about connecting talent with opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates
• Source profiles from job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
• Negotiate salaries and manage offers
• Maintain hiring reports and recruitment trackers
• Collaborate with team leads and hiring managers to meet business hiring needs

Skills Required:

✔ Strong sourcing & screening skills
✔ Good communication & negotiation abilities
✔ Knowledge of IT & Non-IT recruitment processes
✔ Quick learner with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
✔ Prior experience in Domestic IT / Non-IT recruitment is a must

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
