Job Title: Tele Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing products or services, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and sell products or services.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
• Provide information about promotions, warranties, delivery times, and after-sales service.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tele sales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• High school diploma; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in B2B or B2C tele sales.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
