The Regional Sales Manager – (UAE) (Arabic Speaking) will oversee sales operations in the UAE, focusing on increasing market share and meeting sales objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the garment and textile industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the United Arab Emirates.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve high performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Stay on top of industry trends, and offer innovative suggestions to continuously improve our offering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, Manufacturing and customer service to ensure alignment on objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development for sales staff.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a “founder mentality” – willing to get hands-on and drive results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the garment and textile industry.
- Existing network of clients, service providers and factories.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Willingness to travel within the northern region as required.
- Experience in the apparel industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Fluent in Arabic (required) and professional English proficiency
- Proven track record in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, and business development.
- Strong operations management experience, including process design, logistics, and service optimization.
- Experience designing and managing sales incentive structures and operational KPIs
