Walk in interview- Credit Card sales

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities to contribute to the company's growth. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, providing personalized service and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Achieve sales and service targets as set by the organization.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Follow up on leads and conduct regular customer visits or calls.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
• Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management (industry-specific experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and customer-first attitude.
