Position: CSR for SALES Disptach & Trucking (US Timings) (Male & Female)

Walk-in Interview Dates,

November Dates: (20, 21, 24 & 25) Evening Time (07: 00PM to 09:00 PM)

Females Will Get Pick & Drop after Onboarding.

• Requirement for Fresh Graduates

Must be Graduate, Fluent English Communication, Excel and Word Knowledge, Sharp, Smart & Self Driven Personality

Salary: 45K to 60K

• For Professionals Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and secure new sales opportunities by identifying potential clients, brokers, and load sources.

• Assist dispatchers by assigning, monitoring, and tracking loads to support seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing regular shipment updates and handling inquiries professionally.

• Maintain accurate load documentation, including BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, and system entries.

• Work closely with dispatch to match available trucks with profitable loads to maximize margins.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in trucking sales, dispatch sales.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dispatch and sales environment.

• Understanding of U.S./Canada lanes, load boards, and trucking operations.

• Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch/TMS systems.
• Fluent English Communication- UK/US Excent
• Salary for Professionals: 50K to 80K
