Position: Target-Based Sales Consultants
Company: The Pathfinder Consultants - Dubai

Location: Pizza Hut Building, Zainal Mohebi Plaza - Office No 205 - 13A St - opposite Centrepoint - Al Karama - Dubai
Days: Saturday & Sunday (20th & 21st September 2025)
Time: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell immigration services to potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend walk-in clients, explain services, and convert leads into sales.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain updated client records in CRM.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional guidance to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Prior experience in sales.
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
