Walk in interview- Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and a passion for selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms of sale.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback to the management on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
