Walk-In Interviews – Female Telesales Agent

Are you a motivated and persuasive communicator with experience in UAE real estate? Enchanted Homes, a growing real estate company based in Dubai, is conducting walk-in interviews for the position of Tele sales Agent (Female).

We are looking for candidates who are proactive, confident, and driven to meet sales targets in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Interview Details:

Location: Enchanted Homes Real Estate, Dubai
Interview Dates: 13 - 17 October 2025
Time: 11 AM To 4 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding real estate listings and offers
• Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Maintain client database and provide regular updates
• Meet weekly and monthly telesales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1 year of telesales or real estate experience in the UAE
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
• Must have a valid UAE visa (Spouse / Freelance / Own Visa holders only)
• Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
• Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a bonus)
