Role: Arbitration Filing - US based experience only
Timings of drive: 11am
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the end-to-end arbitration filing process including document preparation, review, and submission.
- Review arbitration demands and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with relevant arbitration forum rules (e.g., AAA, JAMS, etc.).
- Liaise with clients, internal teams, and ensure compliance with procedural requirements.
- Track deadlines, filing statuses, and ensure timely follow-ups on all open cases.
- Maintain and update filing trackers and case management systems accurately.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing best practices.
- Assist in training junior associates and act as a go-to resource for complex filings.
- Ensure strict adherence to client-specific guidelines and confidentiality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- 1–3 years of experience in legal process outsourcing, particularly in arbitration, litigation support, or legal documentation.
- In-depth understanding of arbitration procedures and forum-specific requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with legal case management tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Self-motivated team player with a client-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based arbitration forums (e.g., AAA, JAMS).
- Experience supporting legal operations in a BPO/LPO setting.
- Familiarity with e-filing portals and online case management systems.
