• Provide 24x7 technical support (rotational shifts)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SQL, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product support
• Maintain and contribute to knowledge base articles
  
  

What Were Looking For

• SQL knowledge (must-have)
• Understanding of APIs
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (a plus)
• Familiarity with ticketing tools
• 3+ years in technical support or related roles
