A. Surface Preparation

• Prepare walls, ceilings, and surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and repairing imperfections.
• Fill cracks, holes, and joints with appropriate fillers.
• Apply putty and skim coats for smooth finishing.
• Ensure surfaces are properly primed before applying paint.

B. Painting Works

• Apply paint, varnish, stain, enamel, and other finishes according to project requirements.
• Mix paints to achieve the required color, texture, and consistency.
• Use brushes, rollers, and spray machines as needed.
• Apply multiple coats where required and ensure even finishing.

C. Finishing & Detailing

• Perform touch-ups, corrections, and final polishing.
• Create decorative finishes if required (texture, stencil, feature walls).
• Check completed work for quality, smoothness, and accuracy.

D. Fit-Out Coordination

• Work closely with carpentry, MEP, and other finishing trades to avoid damage or rework.
• Protect furniture, floors, and fixtures during painting operations.

E. Safety & Compliance

• Handle paints, chemicals, and tools safely.
• Follow all company HSE rules and wear required PPE.
• Keep work areas clean and ensure safe storage of materials.

F. Tools & Material Management

• Use and maintain painting tools (brushes, rollers, mixers, sprayers).
• Request required materials in advance to avoid delays.
• Dispose of paint waste safely and responsibly.
