Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wall Painter with hands-on experience in gypsum work to join our team. The role involves preparing and finishing wall surfaces, performing gypsum ceiling and partition work, and delivering high-quality paint finishes across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and repair wall surfaces by cleaning, patching, and smoothing cracks and holes.
• Perform gypsum works including fixing boards, partitions, ceilings, and applying finishing coats.
• Apply paint, emulsion, and decorative finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Mix and prepare plaster or gypsum materials for surface finishing.
• Ensure smooth, clean, and professional paint and finish quality.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards on-site.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a wall painter with gypsum work.
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation, plastering, and finishing techniques.
• Skilled in achieving high-quality, smooth, and decorative finishes.
• Physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
• Able to work on both residential and commercial projects.
• Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to quality work.
