Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Wall Panel Operator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our wall panel plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining equipment efficiency, and supervising plant activities to achieve high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wall panel production machinery
• Supervise overall plant operations and ensure production targets are met
• Maintain safety standards and compliance with company policies
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment
• Coordinate with the production team to optimize workflow
• Ensure quality control of finished wall panels
• Report operational issues and suggest improvements

Qualifications

• Prior experience in plant operations or manufacturing (preferably in wall panels or construction materials)
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lead and manage a production team
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards
• Problem-solving and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
