About the Role

Our client, a leading name in the Animal Nutrition & Feed Premixes Industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage daily plant operations, ensure efficient production workflows, and uphold high-quality and safety standards at a modern feed premixes manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Supervise day-to-day production activities in the feed premixes plant
✔ Ensure optimal machine performance, timely maintenance, and smooth operations
✔ Execute production plans as per approved recipes and material specifications
✔ Achieve production targets while minimizing downtime in coordination with maintenance teams
✔ Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
✔ Manage production staff, assign duties, and ensure compliance with SOPs
✔ Maintain accurate production reports, logs, and quality records
✔ Handle raw materials and finished goods from production floor to proper stacking

Required Skills & Experience

3–4 years of production experience (preferably in feed mills, animal nutrition plants, or FMCG manufacturing units)
Strong understanding of automated plant operations and mechanical systems
Hands-on experience with mixers, grinders, packing machines, conveyors, and related equipment
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
