💼 What You’ll Do

🌐 Marketing Support

• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns (email, social, content).
• Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Support SEO, blog writing, and basic design for property listings and campaigns.
• Analyze and report on marketing metrics and performance.
• Help coordinate promotional events or collaborations related to our rental properties.

🤝 Customer Service Tasks

• Respond to guest inquiries via email, chat, or phone with a friendly, solution-oriented attitude.
• Assist with booking confirmations, check-in instructions, and guest support.
• Handle customer issues or complaints professionally, escalating when needed.
• Maintain service quality and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve property or guest-related concerns.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, CSR, or a related field.
• Internship or freelance experience in marketing, content, or social impact work (even student projects count!).
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Canva, Google Workspace, social media platforms).
• A team player with a proactive attitude and curiosity to learn.
• Bonus: Passion for travel, hospitality, or sustainability.
