We’re building a scalable ecosystem where members track their personal financial journey from consultation to long-term success.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced ClickUp Designer & Manager (or similar project management platform expert) to help us:

• Design and implement individual financial roadmaps for Shared Wealth Network members.
• Customize templates that map out goals such as financial literacy, credit building, business investment, and homeownership.
• Create visually appealing dashboards, task flows, and progress trackers that members can easily interact with (check off goals, track milestones).
• Integrate ClickUp with our community portal, CRM, and other tools to create a seamless member experience.
• Train our admin team on system management and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and managing workflows in ClickUp or similar platforms (Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Zoho Projects).
• Strong ability to create user-friendly, visually appealing layouts.
• Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat) for platform integration.
• Experience working with community platforms, CRMs, or member-based organizations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
