• Job Title: Nursing Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership:

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
• Mentor and support staff to enhance their professional development.

Patient Care:

• Monitor patient care activities and ensure adherence to established protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Address patient concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Oversee the administration of medications and treatments as per prescribed guidelines.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular audits to assess the quality of patient care services.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement within the nursing department.

Staff Development:

• Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new developments in healthcare.
• Facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities for the nursing team.
• Encourage a collaborative and supportive work environment to foster staff engagement and retention.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, administration, and other departments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure their needs are met.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualification:

Diploma / BSc Nursing with 10 years of Clinical experiene
