My City Hospital is a trust based, multi-specialty hospital offering all medical services to their patients under one roof, continuously engaged in the serving of humanity with quality care. We are looking for experienced Ward Boy/Aya /Patient attendant who can work in Gynae, Paeds, Medical & Surgical Wards, ICU, NICU, ER ,PICU and OPD for Full time Job.

Department: Gynecology & Obstetrics / Pediatrics / Medical Wards / Surgical Wards / ICU / NICU / PICU/ER

Reporting To: Hospital Administrator / Medical Superintendent /Senior Medical Officer/Nursing Supervisor

Salary Package Range: Rs. 22000-28000P.M.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

· Provides patients' personal hygiene by giving bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assisting with travel to the bathroom; helping with showers and baths.

· Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.

· Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting patients; answering patients' call lights and requests; reporting observations of the patient to nursing supervisor.

· To carry patient’s file having forms, reports and patient progress records.

· Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures.

· Protects organization's value by keeping patient information confidential.

· Serves and protects the hospital community by adhering to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures.

· Enhances nursing department and hospital reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Required Qualifications:

· Minimum Matric from a recognized institution

· Ability to read Urdu & English easily

Experience:

· Hospital working experience is preferrable

· Experience in wards and critical care units preferred

Skills & Competencies:

· Ability to work under pressure and manage emergencies

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· Professional attitude

· Willingness to work rotating shifts, nights, and emergencies

Working Conditions:

· Shift-based duties including weekends and holidays
