The Kidney Centre Post Graduate Training Institute, a leading tertiary care Hospital, invites applications from interested and suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Ward Master / Coordinator

The Ward Master/ Coordinator will support smooth ward operations by coordinating between nursing staff, patients, attendants, and support services. The role focuses on ward discipline, cleanliness, safety, and efficient day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Ensure ward readiness, cleanliness, and infection control practices
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and dietary services
• Assist in managing ward inventory and non-medical supplies
• Maintain basic ward records and support administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with hospital rules, safety, and discipline

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of hospital/ward operations
• Time management and problem-solving abilities
• Team-oriented with attention to detail

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum intermediate / diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Prior experience in hospital ward operations or administration will be an advantage
