Ward Staff (Senior)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care and assistance in hospital wards
• Support doctors and nurses during ward rounds and clinical procedures
• Monitor patient condition and promptly report changes to nursing staff
• Assist junior ward staff and guide them in daily ward activities
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards in wards
• Assist in patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes
• Maintain ward discipline and ensure patient safety at all times

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3 years experience as Ward Staff / Hospital Assistant
• Strong knowledge of patient care practices and hospital protocols
• Ability to handle patients with care, empathy, and professionalism
• Willingness to work rotational shifts
• Good communication and coordination skills
