Warehouse Accounts Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for coordinating the collection and analysis of data such as inventory data, inventory variance rate, safety stock, turnover rate, accounting, as well as supplier accounts management, contract management, payment verification and report preparation, etc. within the Middle East and Africa region.

2. Assist in the daily management of the warehouses in the Middle East and Africa, fully respect the requirements of warehouse 6S management and standard operating procedures, including but not limited to supervision of the inbound and outbound processes, purchase-sell-stock management, and inventory count etc.

3. Assist in the import and export customs clearance of sales and service orders, as well as terminal delivery.

4. Operate information systems such as GSP/ERP/WMS and use MS office tools to ensure the accuracy of inventory and data analysis, the timeliness of customs clearance and order fulfillment.

5. Control warehouse and logistics O&M costs, optimize management processes and enhance operational efficiency.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in warehouse and logistics or Supply Chain Management, or Economic and Accounting major.

2. Minimum 3 years of warehouse and logistics management experience, exposure to planning, operational analysis, auditing, or accounting experience is preferred.

3. Familiar with warehouse and logistics management procedures and systems such as GSP, ERP/SAP, WMS, and MS Office tools, etc.

4. Having an optimistic mindset and a helpful nature, strong teamwork ability, and communication skills.
