Warehouse Administrator

We’re Hiring: Warehouse Administrator | DP World Logistics

📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

DP World Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Warehouse Administrator to support day-to-day warehouse operations within a 3PL environment . This role is critical in ensuring operational accuracy, inventory control, system integrity, and seamless coordination across warehouse teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure on-time execution
• Ensure 100% accuracy of documentation and data entry in WMS (LFS), including inbound, outbound, and inventory transactions
• Work closely with Team Leaders and frontline staff to enforce SOPs, handling standards, and operational timelines
• Maintain real-time visibility of inventory movements; support cycle counts and annual physical inventories
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and escalate unresolved issues when required
• Prepare and share operational reports including KPIs, billing data, overtime logs, and performance updates
• Coordinate third-party manpower to meet operational demands, ensuring compliance with site and safety standards
• Maintain document control and ensure all records are archived in line with audit and client requirements
• Identify workflow gaps and support corrective actions to improve productivity and accuracy
• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to track and resolve shipment-related issues
• Champion HSE, safety, and compliance standards across daily operations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, 5S practices, and lean warehousing activities

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Supply Chain is an advantage)
• 3–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a Team Leader or Administrator role
• Working knowledge of WMS (LFS) and basic SAP functionalities
• Strong understanding of inventory control, documentation, and warehouse workflows
• Ability to coordinate and guide frontline teams while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced 3PL or logistics environment
