Warehouse Associate

Position Overview:

We at Shark Innovation Labs are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring shipments, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining records in our inventory management system. This position is for LHR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming shipments and ensure that all orders are accurately received and recorded in the system.
• Create new item entries in the inventory management system.
• Input customer orders into the system efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for all incoming shipments.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all orders, ensuring timely closure in the system.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure billing processes are completed on time.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Supply Chain/Commerce or any relevant field
• Previous experience in warehouse (1-2 Years) or inventory role is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
