Shark innovation Labs is a BPO and back-office services provider for international clients having offices at Karachi, Lahore and Faisalabad and employed more than 140 + employees providing Backoffice and outsourcing services to various international clients. we are looking for a warehouse officer for order processing at Lahore office and candidate must have expertise in order processing with platforms such as Amazon seller, shopify admin

· who can manage the orders, Requirement: Multi-Channel Order Processing:

· Accurately and efficiently import, review, and process customer orders from integrated platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify admin, Noon Seller Panel) and manual channels (email, WhatsApp).

· System Management: Update and maintain the order management system (OMS) or Warehouse Management System (WMS) to reflect real-time order statuses from ‘received’ to ‘shipped’. Coordination with Fulfillment Team Work closely with the warehouse and fulfillment team to prioritize orders, communicate rush requests, and ensure smooth daily operations. Reporting: Generate daily and weekly order reports for management

Requirements

· Amazon and shopify experience

· Order processing experience 1 to 2 years

· Must have graduation degree with decent English speaking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
