Warehouse Associate

Mega Logistic, Inc. (megalogisticinc.com) a fast growing 3PL warehouse is looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate.

The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in the efficient operation and the success of the company . They are responsible for ensuring accurate and timely preparation of shipments, verifying documentation, and coordinating with all departments for outbound orders. Must speak English. Must have warehouse experience. Must be computer literate.

Duties:

• Ability to learn our basic warehouse management system (WMS) and computer skills.
• Responsible for picking, packing, auditing, ticketing, and tagging.
• Verify accuracy on all shipping labels for each order.
• Able to use our scanning system to process orders.
• Coordinate with outbound team to ensure timely shipping schedules are met.
• Ensure safety compliance by enforcing strict adherence to warehouse policies, procedures and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent PC skills in MS Office (intermediate level)
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns or issues effectively
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Multi-task, be highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods.
