Find The RightJob.
Job description:
About the role
We're a growing e-commerce company based locally but shipping worldwide, and we're looking for someone dependable to help us keep orders moving accurately and on time. You'll work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule looking for a mid/evening availability in an air-conditioned warehouse/office alongside a supportive team that values doing things right. If you take pride in organized, focused work and have hands-on e-commerce fulfillment experience, this could be a great fit.
What you'll do
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders by following packing lists and standard work instructions.
- Prepare Amazon FBA inbound shipments: create shipments in Seller Central, print and apply FNSKU labels, handle required prep (poly-bagging with suffocation warnings, bubble wrap, taping), enter box-level details (dimensions and weights), and stage cartons and pallets for SPD or LTL pickup.
- Verify quality and counts; label, seal, and stage shipments for carrier pickup.
- Keep inventory areas tidy; restock and rotate as needed; assist with shipping and receiving.
- Use basic warehouse and office software (Shopify, ShipStation, Amazon Seller Central, WMS, Excel) to track orders.
What success looks like
- Hitting daily throughput goals while keeping accuracy high and documentation clean.
- Working independently without needing constant direction, flagging issues early, and communicating clearly with the team.
- Leaving your work area organized so the next person can pick up right where you left off.
Work environment and physical requirements
- You'll be on your feet for much of the shift, regularly handling and moving packages. Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs is part of the role; heavier items are handled with a team lift or equipment.
- These are essential functions of the job and can be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. We go over specific tasks and frequencies during onboarding so expectations are clear from the start.
What you bring
- Reliability and attention to detail; comfortable working independently once trained.
- Some background in order fulfillment, picking/packing, shipping/receiving, or stock management — we'll train you on our specific process.
- Required: Hands-on Amazon FBA packing experience preparing inbound shipments to Amazon FCs, including:
- Printing and applying FNSKU unit labels and required prep (poly-bags with suffocation warnings, bubble wrap, taping)
- Following Amazon packaging, carton weight and dimension limits, and routing/appointment standards
- Able to read and write in English; punctual and dependable; valid transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
How to apply
Our interview process starts with a remote interview, followed by an in-person meeting.
Pay and schedule
- $16.00–$18.00 per hour, paid time off.
- Full-time (preferred) and part-time considered.
-(11-7pm) (1-9pm) mid or evening shift availability.
