Position: Warehouse Clerk

Location: Umm Al Quwain (UAQ), United Arab Emirates Department: Warehouse / Operations

Reports to: Warehouse Manager Accommodation: Provided by the Company

Job Summary

The Warehouse Clerk supports the efficient and accurate operation of the UAQ warehouse by performing ERP-related entries, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining organized records of material transactions. The role ensures proper documentation, accurate stock movements, and effective coordination between the warehouse, logistics, sales, and accounting departments.

Key Responsibilities

ERP & Documentation Tasks

  • Create and process Delivery Notes (DN – UAQ) and Invoices (UAQ) in the system.
  • Prepare and record Receipt Vouchers, Quotations (UAQ), and update related documentation.
  • Handle MRN (Material Received Note) and MRNL entries in ERP; attach corresponding files for system completeness.
  • Process GRV (Goods Received Voucher) and MRV (Material Returned Voucher) entries accurately.
  • Execute Item Reclassifications, Stock Transfer Issues, and Stock Transfer Receipts as instructed.
  • Perform Stock Ledger and Stock Reservation Checks regularly to verify accuracy.
  • Enter and monitor physical stock, Pre-count, and DN status changes in ERP.
  • Manage Shortage in Stock, Excess in Stock, and Breakage Reports, ensuring full documentation and follow-up.
  • Handle Outlook email coordination for MRN, GRV, and other warehouse-related communications.

Operational Support

  • Coordinate with shipping lines and logistics for container-related updates and clearances.
  • Liaise with self-collection customers regarding payment confirmation and delivery arrangements.
  • Monitor sales order reservations and ensure timely release of goods.
  • Support daily warehouse transactions and maintain clean, organized digital and physical files.

OTHER ADHOC TASKS (person responsible is on leave)

  • Coordinate directly with clients for delivery schedules and dispatch arrangements.
  • Update Delivery Notes (DN), Shortage (SHT), and Stock In/Out (SIU) reports.
  • Scan, file, and attach supporting documents in ERP for traceability.
  • Prepare and maintain Trip Sheets for drivers and deliveries.
  • Handle Samples (WSCS) entries in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Maintain delivery-related photos and records for reference and audit purposes.
  • Assist the ground team in stock ledger reconciliations and other warehouse issues.
  • Manage Daily Transmittal of warehouse documents and reports.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of warehouse experience, preferably in building materials or construction.
  • Proficient in ERP (Focus 9/10) and Microsoft Outlook & Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional departments.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • MALE preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Accommodation: Provided by the company but in UAQ.
  • Transportation: Company-arranged if prefers to live in Dubai but no accommodation in Dubai.
  • Other Benefits: As per UAE Labor Law (leave pay, air ticket, end-of-service benefits, and medical insurance).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
