Warehouse Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing warehouse operations — from receiving and dispatching goods to inventory control and stock management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, accurate record-keeping, and timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inbound (receiving) and outbound (dispatch) shipments, including verification of goods, documentation, and stock updates.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, update warehouse management system (SAP), and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of goods in the warehouse to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in regular stock counts, inventory audits, and cycle counts as required.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and other departments to meet throughput, quality, and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a warehouse or logistics/co-ordination role.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP (Warehouse/Inventory modules preferred).
• Strong computer literacy (able to work with inventory/warehouse management systems, MS Office).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills; ability to liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams.
• Resident near or around Korangi Industrial Area preferred.
