Key Responsibilities:
- Manage local and international order dispatches, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Operate and manage courier service portals including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Skynet, M&P, PostEx, Fly Courier, and others for shipment booking and tracking.
- Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and required documentation for both local and international shipments.
- Coordinate with courier services for pickups, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records in Excel and generate regular reports.
- Support inventory management processes including GRN (Goods Receipt Note) updates and stock adjustments in relevant software.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to streamline order processing and workload distribution.
- Monitor shipment performance and highlight discrepancies or delays for corrective action.
- Ensure excellent communication with internal teams and courier partners to avoid operational gaps.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
- Hands-on experience with courier portals (local & international).
- Solid understanding of dispatch and fulfillment processes.
- Experience in inventory management systems and GRN handling.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with courier partners and internal teams.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or logistics will be a strong advantage.
