The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day rider operations, ensuring smooth execution and operational efficiency. Warehouse Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day attendance of warehouse employees residing in company accommodation/camp and act as the primary point of contact for attendance-related matters.
- Maintain accurate daily attendance records and ensure timely submission of reports to warehouse and HR teams.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and manpower reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
- Coordinate closely with warehouse supervisors and operations teams to ensure proper manpower allocation and shift alignment.
- Monitor absenteeism, leave records, and overtime details, and promptly report discrepancies to the concerned departments.
- Ensure smooth communication between camp employees and warehouse management regarding operational requirements.
- Maintain updated records of employee data, attendance logs, and related documentation in line with company policies.
- Support workforce planning by tracking manpower availability and assisting in shift scheduling.
- Escalate any attendance irregularities, misconduct, or operational concerns in a timely manner.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance attendance tracking, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Sheets for attendance tracking and reporting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse coordination, workforce management, or attendance supervision.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse and operations teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
