Warehouse Coordinator

TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Coordinator to join our Infinity Deployment team in Houston, Texas.

Summary
The Warehouse Coordinator works with the Warehouse Supervisor and assembly team to facilitate the flow of equipment in and out of the lab. This includes inspection and sorting upon delivery to our warehouse, as well as shipping/packaging to its final destination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Warehouse Leader and Assembly Team in maintaining controlled and organized equipment flow into and out of the lab
  • Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Accurately package, stage, and ship outbound equipment in accordance with company standards
  • Maintain strict inventory control using inventory management software (handheld scanners and laptop entry)
  • Perform audits and cycle counts to ensure system accuracy and physical inventory alignment
  • Organize and label inventory locations to maintain a clean, standardized warehouse layout
  • Follow documented procedures for material handling, staging, and shipping
  • Identify and report discrepancies, damage, or process gaps in a timely manner
  • Maintain compliance with company safety policies and warehouse best practices

Requirements and Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Microsoft Teams)
  • Ability to follow structured processes and work instructions consistently
  • Experience operating a pallet jack
  • Forklift certification
  • Experience using inventory management systems (Wasp Inventory experience is a plus)
  • Previous experience in a structured warehouse or regulated environment
