Warehouse Coordinator

Production Duties and Responsibilities:

· Executing activities to fulfill the warehouse schedule

· Ensuring all warehouse activities remain highly organized

· Interacting professionally with all internal and external stakeholders

· Approving and Scheduling Inbound and Outbound loads via Open Dock

· Generating Pick Lists and work packets

· Printing Labels

· Verifying inbound and outbound staged materials

· Maintaining DOT documentation for all trucks and daily scanning activities

· Maintaining a clean Work Environment in compliance with established 5S standards

· Working with Warehousing teams to ensure complete and accurate paperwork

· Assist with inventory counts and proper stock rotation

· Other Duties, as assigned

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

● Perform all duties and responsibilities safely, effectively, and urgently

● Sit or Stand and Drive for, up to, 60 hours per week, with 40 hours being normal expectation

● Behave professionally with any internal and external colleagues

● Ability to regularly lift, push, or pull up to 70 pounds

● Ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe manner, including but not limited to:

○ Power Lifter

○ Walkie-Stackie

○ Forklift

○ Pallet Jack (manual or powered)

● Wear appropriate PPE for a given task

● Possess the manual dexterity to operate hand tools

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Basic Mathematical Skills

· Background in warehousing preferred

· Background in Microsoft office preferred

· Background with ERP (SAP Business One, Oracle, Epic, etc.) preferred

Other Requirements:

● 18 years of age or older

● Provide proof of eligibility to work in the USA

Work Schedule

· Full Time, Monday – Friday 2PM-10PM

Pay

· Salaried – determined by experience– paid every 2 weeks
