In the high-paced dynamic environment of Decathlon Turkey, we are now looking for a Warehouse Department Leader(B2B)!

You will join our Logistics Team and will be responsible for the project of managing functions within national fulfillment center for B2B where we deliver our retail outlets across the country.

What are we looking for?

A teammate who;

• Is passionate about Logistics and sports and enjoys solving problems on the ground
• Has a Bachelor's Degree from related departments
• Has an excellent command of written and spoken English
• Has had 2 to 5 years of work experience related to Warehousing , Transportation, Ecommerce, Program managers, Supply Data Analyst, Logistics Project management
• Has a strong sense of ownership and result driven
• Is good at Warehouse Operations management and able to develop talents
• Proven experience in supply chain consulting, 3rd party logistics (3PL), or e-commerce brands.
• Strong communication abilities coupled with some experience in a human management capacity, crucial for developing our logistics succession plan.
• Has good collaborative skills
• A team player with Data orientation and analytical skills
• Has a go-getter mindset
• Has team spirit and likes to play within a worldwide network
