warehouse dispatch manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily dispatch operations.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, loading, and dispatch of orders.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and transport teams for on-time deliveries.
• Monitor dispatch schedules and resolve delays or delivery issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and dispatch documentation (invoices, delivery notes, e-way bills, etc.).
• Enforce warehouse safety, security, and compliance standards.
• Train, schedule, and evaluate dispatch staff performance.
• Optimize routes, loading plans, and dispatch processes to reduce costs.
• Prepare dispatch reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to meet service levels.
• Preferred Attributes:
• Experience with FMCG, retail, or e-commerce logistics.
• Knowledge of local transport regulations and compliance.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
