WAREHOUSE & EMR ASSISTANT

Job Summary:

The Warehouse & EMR Assistant is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Incharge in daily inventory operations while actively managing and executing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) operations. This role ensures that physical material transfers align with digital records, maintaining data integrity across the clinic network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Warehouse Incharge in receiving, storing, and dispatching medical supplies and equipment.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry into the EMR system for inventory tracking and material transfers.
• Ensure data consistency between physical warehouse stock and digital records.
• Process material requisitions from clinics and update the EMR system accordingly. Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces while ensuring workstation operations remain smooth.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Intermediate education required; Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain/ IT is a plus.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or data entry.
• Familiarity with EMR systems or strong general computer proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data consistency and accurate auditing. Ability to handle physical tasks associated with warehouse duties.
