Important Work Arrangement Note


This role requires full-time, on-site work from Monday to Saturday (6 days a week) . Candidates should be comfortable with a fully office-based setup , as remote or hybrid work is not available for this position.



About You


We are seeking a Warehouse Engineer to join our warehouse operations team. The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare, configure, and quality-check kiosks and related devices before they are shipped to our regional hubs and international clients. The successful candidate will ensure that all devices are properly installed with the required software, tested for functionality, and packaged according to company standards.



Key Responsibilities


  • Configure kiosks, tablets, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other hardware devices based on predefined specifications.
  • Install and update operating systems, drivers, and company software applications prior to deployment.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure devices meet performance, connectivity, and usability standards.
  • Maintain accurate configuration records, serial numbers, and shipment logs.
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Engineer / Team Leader to manage daily workflow and meet shipment timelines.
  • Coordinate with the IT and Operations teams for troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Assist in packaging and labeling devices to ensure safe and accurate international shipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the configuration and testing area.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety and data security standards.



What We’re Looking For


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in hardware setup, configuration, or warehouse technical support.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, Android, or Linux OS installation and configuration.
  • Familiarity with network setup (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN) and basic troubleshooting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict timelines.

Starting salary at 6,000 AED per month
