Warehouse Executive

India

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

1. Supervise warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

3. Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and minimize discrepancies.

4. Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.

5. Coordinate with transportation teams for timely pickups and deliveries.

6. Ensure to close all the Inbound and Outbound Activities within TAT

7. Track all the protocols and SOPs under each operation accordingly.

Inventory Management:

1. Implement and maintain inventory management systems.

2. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts within the internal aligned team.

3. Analyze inventory reports to optimize stock levels.

4. Identify and address inventory discrepancies.

Analytical and Reporting:

1. Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

2. Prepare and present reports on inventory levels, warehouse efficiency, and operation cost.

3. Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs.

Other Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

2. Maintain a safe and secure working environment.

3. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., ERP, WMS).
  • Knowledge of logistics and transportation regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
