Warehouse Executive

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming pharmaceutical materials and products.
• Ensure proper storage conditions as per GMP/GDP, including temperature-controlled items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.
• Perform FIFO/FEFO stock rotation to avoid expiry issues.
• Prepare and dispatch customer orders with correct documentation.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, QA, and logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, pest control, and storage temperature logs.
• Handle controlled substances and high-value items as per guidelines.
• handle calibration, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
