Warehouse Executive

We are hiring a Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory flow, and timely dispatches for our mens bottom-wear garment division.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inward, outward, and storage of goods.
• Prepare and verify GRN, challans, and stock entries.
• Manage picking, packing, and dispatch with accuracy.
• Follow FIFO, stock allocation, and proper binning.
• Assist in weekly/monthly inventory audits and help resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with production, sales, logistics, and courier partners.
• Manage returns, conduct QC checks, and assist in reprocessing.
• Maintain warehouse documentation, MIS reports, and stock updates.
• Ensure warehouse hygiene, safety standards, and compliance.

Requirements

• 01–03 years of experience in warehouse operations (garment/apparel industry preferred).
• Good knowledge of SKU management, inventory control, and dispatch processes.
• Basic experience in online portal or B2B dispatch (optional).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP/inventory software.
• Attention to detail, discipline, and problem-solving ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
