Position: Supply Chain Executive
Reporting to: City Head

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage and streamline daily operations including D2C & Corporate Deliveries, Inventory Handling, and Dispatch & Receiving.This role requires strong coordination skills, analytical thinking, and a process-driven approach to ensure smooth operations, on-time deliveries, and accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:1. D2C & Corporate Deliveries

• Plan, schedule, and monitor deliveries.
• Track shipments in real-time and resolve issues proactively.
• Optimize delivery routes, turnaround time, and costs.
• Ensure SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, and proof of delivery.
• Analyze delivery performance metrics (On-time %, Complaint %) and implement improvements.

2. Inventory Handling

• Maintain accurate stock levels with regular audits.
• Manage inbound material put-away and storage.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO to minimize expiries and pilferage.
• Maintain systematic records in Google Sheets.
• Raise indents, maintain safety stock as per trends.
• Monitor leakages, damages, and returns with RCA.

3. Dispatch & Receiving

• Supervise dispatch operations with accurate picking & delivery.
• Cross-verify invoices, e-way bills, and documents.
• Manage inward shipments from inter-warehouse transfers.
• Check discrepancies in quantity, quality, and condition of goods.
• Maintain clean, safe, and efficient work areas.

Work Timings:3:00 AM – 10:00 AM7:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Split Shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
