Warehouse Executive

Job Title: Warehouse Executive – Finished Goods
Salary: Market Competitive

Office Location: Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

· Receive, store, and manage finished goods inventory efficiently.

· Ensure all finished goods are stored as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Coordinate with production and sales teams for timely dispatch planning.

· Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation (invoices, packing lists, gate passes, etc.).

· Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.

· Maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP.

· Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for dispatch schedules.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the warehouse.

· Handle customer returns and reverse logistics process.

· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock, dispatches, and warehouse KPIs.

· Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably handling FG.

· Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
