Warehouse Incharge-Production Planner

The Warehouse In-Charge – Production Planner is responsible for managing warehouse operations while coordinating production planning to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing. The role oversees inventory control, raw material availability, finished goods storage, and production scheduling to meet customer demand efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1️ Production Planning

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Coordinate with Sales team for demand forecasting.
• Ensure raw materials are available before scheduling production.
• Plan batch sizes based on order quantity and stock levels.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Reduce production delays and bottlenecks.

2️ Raw Material Inventory Control

• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Maintain minimum stock (reorder levels).
• Coordinate with procurement for timely purchasing.
• Verify GRN (Goods Received Notes).
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation.
• Monitor expiry dates of materials.

3️ Finished Goods Management

• Monitor finished goods stock levels.
• Coordinate dispatch based on sales orders.
• Ensure proper storage conditions.
• Maintain traceability by batch number.
• Control stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

4️ Warehouse Operations

• Supervise warehouse staff and helpers.
• Ensure proper stacking and safe handling.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Implement proper labeling and identification system.
• Conduct monthly stock audits and cycle counts.

5️ Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain inventory records (Excel/ERP).
• Prepare stock movement reports.
• Track wastage and stock variances.
• Prepare production planning reports for management.
• Support internal and external audits.

6️ Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate between Production, QA, Procurement, and Sales.
• Inform management about stock shortages.
• Support export documentation if required.
• Ensure smooth material flow from warehouse to production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
